What data we collect
Only the data you enter in the Neurolab Venture Challenge application forms: identification and contact details, professional profile, and information about your company or project. We also keep the date of your application and a technical record to prevent abuse of the form.
Why we process it, and on what basis
To evaluate your application, contact you about it and, if there is a fit, prepare a collaboration or investment proposal. The legal basis is your consent, given when you send the form, and the steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement.
Who receives it
Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties. If your application reaches the analysis stage, we will ask your permission before sharing it with co-investors. Our hosting provider processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
How long we keep it
For up to 24 months after your last contact with us, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to asucre@neurolabtech.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
